The jacket was taken off when she cut Leonardo free, did she have it back on when they left the ship while on the plank in the water, and if so when did she put it back on?

Heather is correct. She never put that long dressy jacket back on. Cal gave her his jacket and got mad when he realized the diamond was in the pocket after he tried to kill them with his security guards' gun. I am just wondering why that big diamond didn't fall out when she toppled on that floating door, or better yet why didn't it fall out when the ship sucked them under the water?

She never put that particular jacket back on. Before the ship sank, Cal gave her his top coat, that's what she was wearing when on that door.

Heather & Amissybell is correct. She do not wore that jacket back. Cal gave that coat to Rose. That coat is also with that Diamond.

good observation! I'm just realize it..thank to you.-that's my answer before i watched the movie again.
now after i watched it again to check on that, this is my answer-it 's not the same coat. the one Rose left on the water, she never take it again(white), one she wear after is a blanket and when they meet Hockley on the deck, Hockley put his coat on her. the black one, that's the one that she wear until the end.
