i am 10 days late starting my period and i have never been no more then 3 days late so this is a first, i have taken 3 home pregnancy test and all have came back negitive, here are my symptons i am constantly tired i feel like i have no energy and all i want to do is sleep, for the past week i have been feeling nause i can't even look at food without feeling sick, been getting headaches alot more , some lower back pain, and have been really gasy .

That sounds like pregnancy alright. Don't worry about the home pregnancy tests, not all are accurate and some it takes high levels of the pregnancy hormone for the pregnant read.
Morning sickness is the worst thing, I think.

You could be. Wait a couple of days and take another test. Try one of a diferent brand. It takes longer for the hormones to show up for some people.

could be a UTI, should have urione checked by clinic
