My phone company and high speed servicer took four payments out of my checking this month. They repaid most but deducted the overdraft charges that I had because of this error. They want to give me a credit instead of refund. Do you know if there is anyway to complain to somebody about this and does anyone have this problem with any bills they attempt to pay?

the better business bureau. yeah i had a problem with some magazine company that would not take no for an answer.
