Gosh, that's a toughie. Usually I can figure out part of what someone is asking, but this is a poser for sure.
"Dehorning" has so many possible interpretations ... actual removal of horns (as from cattle, for safety) is the least salacious.
There is the expression "He's wearing horns" to indicate that a man's wife is cheating on him and he doesn't know, so "dehorning" might be reconciliation with an erring spouse.
Or it might be some adolescent reference, mangled by the whole language thing. "I am horny" could have mutated to "Me is horning" and then, in some attempt to negate it, "My is dehorning".
Just speculating here, but I suspect this is a waste of time.
