If you are serious, I think you need to have many more years of schooling. The sun, as I hope you know, is a star. Not only does the sun give off tremendous heat, but radiation from the sun is powerful enough to kill people even orbiting around the Earth; solar flares are huge storms on the suns surface that send out huge amounts of radiation that are deadly to any humans in space. If you think we should be able to go to the sun because of the fact that lightining is hotter than the surface of the sun, then you have been mislead. True, the surface is cooler than a single bolt of lightning. However, the surface is the coolest part of the sun, and unlike when struck by a bolt of lightnight, the sun's heat is not trying to get to the ground.

Well you should be able to answer this because we can't even look at the sun directly for more then a second before it begins to bother our eyes. It is unimaginably hot on the surface of the sun, a temperature of about 5800 kelvins. When objects in space reach a certain distance from the sun, they begin to burn up. Thus touching the sun is an idea that would be ridiculed.

Because human flesh burns at about 300 - 400ºF

The coolest part of the Sun is about 5000ºF
The hottest part of the Sun is about 1,000,000ºF

It's too far to reach, even from Mt Everest standing on your toes. Even if you took a ladder up Mt Everest, and climbed to the very top step and stood on your toes, you couldn't reach it. It's a very very long way away.
