Why does my chat room keep on locking up?

Each time i get on a chat room after about 5min it locks up. I have to shut it down and start all over again. Can anyone help? thanks MAX

I get a error message that says send error report, and i do but nothing else comes up.

Why you need to shut it down ?

Do you receive any error message ? elaborate your issue a bit more

i think you need to re-install java, that should solve your problem.
