One of my created characters fell in love with a default character. I cant really remember his first name..something walton. Anyway, I wanted to play with this walton sim but I couldnt find him or his house in the neighborhood. Im guessing there are just some people you cant control in the sims, right?

Try calling them on the phone. He should be there.
Once you marry him, you can control him.

You are refering to one of the NPCs (not player controlled). The Sims2 community calls these folks you can interact with but who do not live in the neighborhood "Townies". With the majority of townies, you can build up a relatiionship and eventually have them move into one of your sims household and even marry your sim. Once they move in, they become playable. There are a few NPCs that you will not be able to interact with (without some serious cheating) and will therefore never be playable: the Grim Reaper, the Repo man, Social Worker, carpool drivers, the sim shrink, and Mrs. Crumplebottom.

There has to be a way to find him. Try looking at the families that aren't living in homes. If you find him...move him into a home, near your sims house. I hope this works.

yup...i also cant play the vampire...
i couldn't find his house...
but do you know how to be a vampire, besides buying a potion from the matchmaker...i dunno how to drink the potion...
do u know how??
