Yikes! I'd be out of job. Bill Gates would still be a drop out. The owner of Liquid paper would be the richest man in world. Lord of The Rings, Star Wars and Harry Potter would have been hand drawn and animated like MGM's Tom and Jerry. Lara Croft would be a Teacher or a Nun! Increbles would have been shown as live action like Bioman and Shaider. Finding Nemo would be a real fish! Starbucks just serves coffee. No WiFi. Mac would still be a fruit. Windows would still be a part of your house. We would still be using the abacus. Your cellphone would be as large as your table. Your mail arrives 3 months after. Your CDs would still be records. You'd be sending smoke signals instead of text messages. No anime! Just Power Rangers and the Muppet Show. Picachu's a hamster! Yahoo Messenger is actually a guy. The horror!!!

Well, things would be a lot different.
We might be a more relaxed group for one thing.
I remember in the 60's when we used to order stuff from the catalog and it always took 8-12 weeks for delivery. Often, especially with kids toys from cereal boxes, we would even forget we ordered it after a few weeks.
Now people call in the day before Christmas and whine because we can't overnight it on Christmas Eve so it will be there the next day.
We wold play solitaire with real cards. Watch tv for the news and write long letters to each other. My mother saved cards and letters in a shoebox, now we have saved email. We put photos in albums, now we save online. A recent editorial stated that our future authors, and scientists will not have notebooks filled with ideas in the margins and scribbles all over since most of the work is now done on computer. We used to sit on the front porch and visit, or see friends, now we IM and talk to them in chat rooms.
Yes, some things have been improved, but sadly we have lost much as well.

as an alternative to the rest of these answers.. many of which i agree with..
we would need to actually KNOW mathematics like people used to. we might actually have invented alot more mechanical solutions based on need possibly more with steam as a solution. People would not have to spend hours on end fixing their never ending broken down computer. People would still be robbing banks rather then directly robbing individuals' accounts. Multitasking would still mean reading the morning paper while brewing a cup of coffee. I would probably have half the stress I currently have yet would also have half my current knowledge.
A better question might be.. What if T.V. was never invented?

We'd be writing a lot more essays by hand! Alot more writing at work, school work sucks withotu computers. We still had calculators though right? Oh yeah we'd type writers for work... When I was little there really weren't computers used as much exept those HUGE one's. We didn't really have the internet till college (1996 ish) Atm's we would have to stand in line at the bank a whole lot more.

there would be a lot more work to get things done, and you wouldn't be sitting there now.We wouldn't have gotten into space, or even had quick flight between cities. Nearly half of us would be dead from diseases or starvation. And the USA would not be the world power it is today.

Then I would not be able to stay up all night at work giving silly answers. Since I work with computers, i would also not have a job.

hum we'd still be doing calculus yourselves and a lot of things wouldn't be invented or discovered for example the genetic code and we'd be awfully bored but a lot more healthier

They will invent the same thing as computers, but name it differently... 'Computors' maybe? or 'Computators' or 'Computationers'
