wow there's some ppl way off on this one! when partners team up in business they form articles of ethical behavior aside from corporate bylaws. US ethic laws are also inclusive to personal behavior off or on the clock doesn't even come into play. read the ethics codes for lawyers & real estate brokers. Hopefully, you have it in writing as you should, (and even if you dont) and the conduct is egregious to "good will" environment of your company's public face or violates it's ethics policies, holding hands or PDAs etc. have them removed from the partnership or do a forced buy out. what ppl do on or off is not out of scrutiny when youre in the public trust. ENRON
say a president who has sex with an intern commits purgery and corrupts the oath of office. they cannot be defended just bc they were on personal time. when a priest, is off the clock that doesn't mean its ok to be on a boy. and their defense its private time, or they misunderstood the bible passage " and He, came into town riding a young ***" is no excuse. private acts affect others, lives and livelihood.

What someone does, when they are not on the clock, is there own business. If someone is engaging in some kind of activity, that you don't approve of, and it is outside of the working environment, it's none of your business. Worry about your own conduct.
