Here's a link for you about calcium. If you don't like milk products at all, and you don't like any of the other nondairy products I listed, you can and should take supplements so that you can get your recommended daily allowance of calcium in. Health food stores and grocery stores will offer vitamins for this. A lot of people also take Tums to get their calcium allowance. There are other foods that will say on the label "Fortified with calcium" which provide you with extra calcium, too.

There are several foods that contain small but significant amounts of calcium: sardines, canned salmon, broccoli, turnip greens. Some companies also manufacture foods that are calcium-fortified such as orange juice. Although, if you don't like milk or tofu, the easiest way to get enough calcium is probably to take some sort of calcium supplement.

A glass of orange juice is supposed to have as much calcium as a glass of milk. Also cheese has even more calcium than the oj or milk.
And of course, you could always take calcium pills, which are good for you.

You could go to goggle search and type in calcium or calcium foods. You could call the hospital and talk to nutritionist. You could check the ingredient of items in the grocery store. Good luck.

If you like yogurt it is actually a better way to get calcium than milk because your body absorbs it better.

Broccoli is pretty calcium-rich. You can also just get calcium supplements to take daily.
