half half, be fair. don ask for too much. ask the kids what they want. include the kids. you already know it wont work out so why cause more heart ache. be civil. do it for the kids.move on and focus on your future , but you canthave a future if you have heartache and problems. let there be peace in your life and have a stress free divorce. good luck.

If you have teenagers; try to keep them in the same school. This helps because they need to have their friends for encouragement. Always give your teen a choice on who he/she wants to stay with. Assure your son or daughter that you still love them. Let them know you want to be a part of their lives no matter if they are your real children or step-children.

if you provided 50$ and he did too then take 50/50 .. but if you stayed at home and looked after the kids ..... would you allow him to do the same ?? nope right ?? so yo had a good time relaxing.... just take what you put in monies ... no but indirect contribution .. thats cheating

Don't really know of any specific "rules" . Just don't talk bad about each other to your kids.
