Yes, I was born on the 21st of August too. Because you are near the boundary between Leo and Virgo, you are said to be born on a cusp. Some astrology books I have seen say that Leo ends on any date between 21st and 24th August, so if you had been born later, you could, I suppose could be either a Leo or Virgo.
