If you log into your router, you can look at the lan configuration and see what computers are using the network, but if you are using WEP encryption, it should not be an issue anyway.

The easiest way is to monitor the router (or access point).
If it's a wireless router, usually the router's address is http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1
there is almost always a section on the router's configuration pages that will tell you who is connected to it.
Of course to avoid this in the first place, read up in your router and wireless network card manual on how to enable your security features and password protection.

First off all I would think that you would be using some sort of encryption on your network.
