B/c it's faster (alot faster, exspecially doing math stuff and word proccessing/publishing).
B/c it's a easy quick and brainless way to get information (instead of looking on note cards for a specific book title or author)
Their Fun (unless you hate them and games you can play on them)!
Oh and b/c our attention spans are shorter, so they're conveniant for lazy people (even if we do not all admit to being lazy sometimes).
AND lets not forget, the best thing to store Databases, instead of ink and paper and trying to shuffle through papers and boxes we just query the info now (much quicker and painless)

Simply because by using computers we can live much better and the quality of out work lifes have improved. Computers help drive robots who do many of the mundane jobs in factories. Use of computers help our offices become much more efficient and means people earn more money as a result of productivity.

I agree it has more to do with business and money. It is more productive in offices for filing, and calculating. now a company pays one person to do the work of 10 remember older movies when there were 100 secretaries in an office typing letters? now 1 can do the same job with the aid of a database and mail merge.

simple. It would take months and years to do business with people in china or India from USA verses using a computer today we can do business in seconds. time is money, simply put.

Well as you may know the Human eye is allways greedy, greedy for new stuffs.If everyone gets an atomic bomb i think many of us will use it just to see how does it work
