if she is your mother or teacher there is no other better way to show your respect regard. do it they will love you bless u. if it is your wife there is no need to ask her she will like it anyway. if it is somebody else why do u want to kiss her feet ? take her hand and kiss them. that's the way to greet each other in some countries

Well, don't be pushy or bring it up like it's your 'fetish' or you might freak her out. What one guy said to me that worked was 'Can I try something on you'. I said 'sure' why not, he was really nice about it and made sure that I liked everything that was going on. I thought it was cool that he trusted me enough to try that approach!
