If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's a horror movie about a bunch of kids that find a video game and they are actually IN the video game, and they're (yes!) trying to stay alive. I think it kind of follows in the footsteps of The Ring, but I'm not sure. I haven't seen it, but I want to. I got the summary from my cousin, but you coulw do a search on www.imdb.com and find reviews. It's a pretty helpful movie site.

I think it's about a computer game that, because it's played, leaks into the reality of the group of kids who play it. I think the "villain" who wreaks bloody murder on them is meant to be Elizabeth (or Erzebet) Bathory, known as the Blood Countess, who is one of the many suggested influences on Stoker's Dracula.
