Prove to her that she can trust and believe you by showing her that you will wait till she is ready for sex and will not push her. Make sure she knows that you know>>> making love is not just about sex, it is also about making her heart and her mind feel loved too.

When you meet her next time don't have sex. Kiss her and have a guitar ready if you can sing. Best thing is give her flowers and a nice poem

Don't pressure her for a physical relationship let her make the first moves. This way its her initiating sex and its her wanting it. Also if she iniaties it there's no question about your motives.
