I'd contact an attorney. You must also take into account that (mind you, I don't know your age) some drugs that are now illegal, may be legal by the time you die. How do you feel about your children using the drugs if they are "legal" when you pass away?

I don't think you can. The child could contest the will. They would not have to pay to contest it, it would be taken out of your estate. The courts would decide and your belonging will not be going to the people you want.
As a parent, you provided for your child for 18 years and it is expected in your death even if you dislike the child that you are to support them equally as what you leave their siblings. Even if the child is now an adult.

thats not realy fair because you can test positive for some drugs without doing drugs . if you eat foods with poppy seeds on them you can get a positve reading
