Every month I get into a big argument with my boyfriend, we break-up! And when I begin my period, I feel bad and we get back together. I can't stand it! I've been late up to a month on my period and I don't know what to do. Is this normal? I need help.

It's normal for your period to be late if you are stressed out. You are probably arguing with your boyfriend more because your period is due. It can play merry hell with a woman's body. Don't worry so much and try to stay calm and your periods will eventually get back to normal. Also, being on a contraceptive pill can regulate your periods. They will be lighter and any cramping you experience will not be as painful. Something to consider don't you think!

The timing of your period can change by the slightest thing like stress or change of eating habits or change of exercise or travel or change of sleeping patterns. If you want to stay regular eliminate stress. A woman's body is one complicated thing. Some women may never experience changes in their periods and some do. It all varies from body to body.
