not only is it immoral..it is stealing and if you get caught on camera or wittnesses they will lock your behind up..thats theft by taking.....finders keepers or not. if you find it....turn it in.you would want the same done for you if it was your belongings.

I think that I would turn it in. I wouldn't want the 'bad karma' that would come with keeping it.
In the past I have always returned things of value that I've found. I put myself in the position of the other person. How would you feel if you were the person who lost it?

I had a video camera stolen in a state park bath room [they reached under the stall and grabbed it ! ] in Illinois . The tape has my granddaughter being born on it. If the person who took it sees this. please return the tape. Keep the camera[ I already got a new one!] Reported it and put ads in local papers no luck. So at least return the tape if you can! or turn it in just mail it to the police.

return it. that's the right thing to do. it was never yours to begin with and you can always get one of your own. you won't really enjoy something that ultimately belongs to someone else
