She thought the show was going nowhere, and she had salary issues, So she left the show to do TV movies.

I noticed she was gone but i thought maybe the character just wasn't that important in those specific episodes!
I can't believe she would just leave! Aren't they going to explain why all of a sudden there's no mom anymore or are they just going to play it off like they never had a mom?

I think she isn't in there anymore, because she quit the show.
