I got guardianship papers at my local probate court at the town hall. There was a fee of $150.00 to file the paperwork, but other than that it was pretty easy. Good Luck

Call the City Hall in your town for the proper procedure . It will be up to a Circuit Court Judge to grant your petition , when your court date comes up .
