I was wondering if it is possible for me to watch tv as it is very boring in the office,and well if I could it would be ultra cool. Is there anything ,or any site I can go to ?

Yahoo! doesn't have TV streams yet. Also, be careful about your web activities at work; everything can be traced. You'd be better off bringing a DVD and watching that.

Both Channel Chooser and Streamick offer TV channels on the web.

see, u can not hv TV on yahoo by anywayz.but, instead, u can install a gadget called T.V. TUNER CARD , wch enables u 2 watch tv programs on computer.I dunno wch u part of the globe u r frm, bt here in INDIA its available in plenty and very cheap too.
