In SimTower, does anybody know a trick to lowering the rates on all tenants at once?

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you but WOW! what a blast from the past. I haven't played that game in years! I have been a fan of the Sim family of games forever. I used to love it in SimTower when Santa would show up. Once I moved on to Sim City and the Sims it was hard to go back to the 2 dimentional SimTower world. Thanks for the memories though!
