Use Biore pads for your nose. the "dirt" spots are blackheads. Use weekly masks clay or avacado if you can find it and scrubs like an apricot scrub will help. Clearsil has a blackhead formula that works wonders. Also use coco butter lotion to place the moister back in your skin. If it is scars use cocobutter to start to fade and a fade cream of your choice.

For your underarms dont shave a lot b/c it can give you irritation and cause more darkening. Use a cream based hair removal or wax under your arms then use lotion 2 prevent dryness & itching. Your deodorant could be causing the darkness b/c of an allergic reaction. Try CRYSTAL mineral salt deodorant or any mineral salt deodorant, its all natural. For your knees/elbows use a wash cloth or body brush with any body scrub and gently massage those areas during your shower. Lemon juice might be too harsh for your skin. Use a deep moisturizing cream for all those areas 2 prevent further drying & darkening. Hope this helps :)
