Gold tones, wow, that will really look great against your skin tone, and it will bring out every color in your eyes.
Gold tones are
goldish brown
and a great one would be a green with gold specks in it.

Here's a good tip: Find something gold, (even if its fake gold. doesn't matter.) and get something silver. Hold them up to your face. Which looks better on your skin. Gold or silver? You can also ask for other people's opinions if you want. If the gold looks better, You're a warm color person, (Neutral, yellows, oranges, lavenders, so on so fourth.) If the silver looks better, You're a cool color person. (Purples, Blues, Greens, Reds as long as they arent soft, Any other "cool" colors.) Then, as an idea, Take 2 colors from your shades that go well together. (Whether it could be, Green and blue, Or light blue and dark blue. Whatever you like.) Then, If your eyes are close together, Use the light color on the outside of your lid. then the darker one on the inside. If they're far apart. put the light all over the eye, and the dark in the middle. and make sure you blend them together well! :) Easy peasy and if you need help youtube is a good source of knowledge. :) Stay beautiful! (Oh. and since you're a blonde, brown/black mascaras will work better for you. Not just black.)

Eventhough you are dark-skinned, it doesn't mean that you are restricted to colors. You can use any hue you want. It just vary in shades.
But still if you are looking for something specific I suggest these:
If you are to go out, try using a light shade of yellow. It will brighten your eyes, then finish it with peach blush. It will make you look like you just got out of the gym.
Gold is also nice especially when you are going out in the evening. Then top it with a bronzer instead of a blush. This will make your skin look smooth and have a healthy glow.
Hope to be of help!

being in the beauty industry for some time now, i have had the chance to play with colors, as well as help develop some shades that compliment darker skin tones. regardless of race - dark skin can look good in a myriad of colors. the key is to find a way to brighten your face - and the best way to do that is to enhance your eyes.
one mistake a lot of women have (especially darker skinned women) - is sticking to neutral colors for the eyes, to make them look "au naturel". on the contrary neutral shades like browns, beige's and the like can make you look dull and plain. more often than not, it will also darken your entire look.
try playing with shades of blue, purples and bright greens. these will emphasize your eye color and make them appear brighter. always compliment this with eyeliners that are neutral - dark blue, black or browns are best - so you do not go overboard. and lastly finish off with a few coats of mascara so that it will further open your eyes.
if unsure about trying it out yourself - go to your local department store and a lot of brands can help you create a look you that suits you...the best are counter make-overs are of CHANEL and MAC cosmetics. they will give you tips on what works best.
hope that i have helped you. good luck and enjoy!

I think earth tones look best on darker skin tones. But you can also get away w/ bright colors like purple and green, just don't go wild with it or you might look like a clown (no matter what skin color you are!)
