Ok, this diet is very effective, but don't do it for more than 10 days!

#1 Do this for 10 days to break plateau

#3 You must have 45 grams of protien supplement and all your vitamin & mineral supplements each day (Protein shake).

#4 you may consume up to 3 oz. of the following high-protein foods, 5 times a day:
• beef
• pork
• chicken
• turkey
• lamb
• fish
• eggs
• low-fat cheese
• cottage cheese
• plain yougurt or artificially sweetetened,
• peanut butter
• beans/legumes

You may also have:
• sugar free popiciles
• tea or coffee
• sugar free sodas
• sugar free jello
• broths and bullions

My friend and I recently went from a size 20 to a perfect size 8. I went on long walks about every three days. I had a very strict limited diet. I tried as hard as I could to keep as busy as posible But I would once a week reward my self by eating any meal I wanted. It took about a month to really notice a difference, But after that the weight dropped right off. It took about 6 Months

Take it one day at a time ... if you look at the big goal, you might get discouraged and quit. Take it one pound at a time, you'll get to where you want to be. It may take more than 5 months - but the longer it takes to loose the weight the better. Weight Watchers is great because it teaches you about more than your "diet". Try it again and excerise too. You can do it ... you've done it before!!! Good luck!!!

well the thing is when you do a diet after you lose the weight you still have to work out to maintain your weight and if you do a diet and then you lose the weight you can actual gain more back if you don't stick with it that is the diet producers secret so just drink alot of water less suger containing food and walk more do little steps soon you will be the perfect size that you feel comfortable in:)

I know it sounds kind of childish, but what really helps is the video game dance dance revolution. It has a workout routine and everything. It's really worth the investment. Also you should try a healthier diet if you aren't already.

ok don't stop eating, ur muscle will just burn energy instead of fat. what you need to do is get on a healthy meal plan, and get plenty of exercise. Try to keep away from rewarding yourself with food. This will just throw your diet completely off.... You need to STICK WITH It...and you'll be slimer in no time
