Maybe you could add a little more detail to the question. I'm not sure I understand. But here is my attempt at an answer:

There is a difference between killing and murder. Killing as a soldier in time of war, or performing capital punishment is not murder.

If you're talking about a religious sect, which maybe I assume you are, those are considered extremists. They don't see it as murder, they see it as the solution to their cause. They probably visualize the people they murder, not as people but as a great evil that needs to be cleased.(example : Nazi Holocaust) But unfortunately the problem exists in many levels besides religion.... examples : political beliefs, racism, and economic status. Cold-Blooded murder is never justified but to an unreasonable person, murder or suicide or both may seem like the only solution. Primitive Part of the brain : see something strange or something that bothers you smash it...

be cause it can be. if i was a father and some lil sh!t raped my daughter and a jury found him not guilty even with all the most convincing evidence, i would go and kill that lil sh!t. that's how its justified. or those in other nations that perform mass murder, their death is justified. the murder of a gang member wanting to leave the gang is an example of a non justifiable killing.

survival and reproduction are the two main motivations of humans. thats why it took the son of god to do it or the manipulation of later writings in holy books to 'justify' it.
