So if your significant other just had oral surgery (that day) and is dealing with a bad cold, would you pick that day to tell her she needs to lose some weight? Is there anything else that you'd like to do while I'm already miserable? Kick my dog maybe? Geez.

How insensitive!!! It's days like that that you just want your mom to come and take care of you like only your mom can and that jerk brings that crap up?!

Obviously if your significant other had surgery of any kind you should be kind and supportive - and take care of them. Telling them they need to lose weight or clean the house or whatever is just insensitive and wrong. After surgery should be a time to relax and recuperate - not have to worry about something you can't do anything about at that moment.

If my man told me that after surgery, I'd probably tell him to get a penis enlargement.
