For Sit: Where should I sit on him, What should I do while sitting on him, What should I wear while sitting on him.
For crap: Where should I crap on him, What should I say right before i crap on him, should my friends join in and if so what should they do.

The crapping thing is a little too harsh. Human feces has got to be the most disgusting substance on earth. If sitting on you is a form of punishment, I'm guessing she's not a petite girl or else your face would be the obvious choice. I think you should have to wear a donkey tail and ears and have her sit on your back and ride you around some publicly humiliating location.
