Book- "What to Expect When You're Expecting"
The 'bible' of pregnancy books. Be calm, stay away from stressful situations like screaming. Rest, and eat everything that is good and healthy for you. It's ok to eat some junk if you get a craving once in a while. But definately eat healthy, take your vitamins, and keep researching. All the best to you and your new baby!

I reccommend What to Expect when Expecting and The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy. Both can be bought at any bookstore or at amazon.com. They run about 14 dollars. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. At least 3 bottles a day. This is very important. take your prenatal vitamins and relax. Try to avoid stress as much as possible. Good Luck!!
