Since the internet is impersonal, some people think they can reveal their true nature/personality instead of adhering to the common decency they would accord someone that they are talking to face-to-face. They lose all their inhibitions and forget to treat others like they would like to be treated...instead, they indulge their desires to be obnoxious and rude.

First of all, they are on the internet. That means they have nothing to do. Out of bordess they are mean. People like to make others feel bad so they can be comforted by that. They don't want other to be happy just because they are not. Humans are ver cruel arent they?
