It's about a mouse that has a motorcycle and he cruises everywhere on it and he goes to summer camp and I seem to remember this scene where he's being chased by a cat while on his motorcycle. It may have been a television show, and I'm pretty sure it's not Stuart Little.

Its a book called Runaway Ralph by Beverly Cleary. And the camp is Happy Acres camp.

yep mouse and the motorcycle i saw that in third grade i liked it and that was the one and only time i have ever seen it too tear i should really watch it again.
