is it illegal to drive in the states with no shoes?? i can drive so much better with out them but i dont want a ticket.i travel a lot from state to state and would like to know.

I don't know about other states ,but it's illegal in Michigan.You could call the DMV's office to find out about other states.

Upon doing some research, it looks to me like its not really illegal. However it is frowned upon, and could be ticketed for as driving carelessly. (to simplify terms)

i drive barefoot but i always have my flip flops next to me just in case i get pulled over...i cannot drive with shoes on!

Are you kidding me? Even if it was, you couldn't get a ticket for it. It's simple: if you get pulled over, put them back on.
