For example: would a more ticklish person be more likely to be suggestable?

I don't believe that there is any correlation between how ticklish somebody is and how susceptible they are.

Most people are born ticklish. Some people learn to control it and block it and some don't. Some people like it or love tickling and some dislike it or hate it.

Whether one is ticklish or not and whether one likes to be tickled or not knows no boundaries based on race, religion, ethnicity, height, weight, sense of humor......

A non-ticklish person is just as likely to be duped into something as a ticklish person is.

A trained hypnotist can hypnotize a ticklish person and a non-ticklish person just as easily and the client can benefit from the healing suggestions offered by the hypnotist.

I don´t think so. I´ve met ticklish persons of all kind.

I guess you could talk them into things with the threat of tickling unless they are the violent "I hate being tickled and I'll kill you type."
