I don't follow you? Here in Los Angeles California Black people are given all the benefits this great state has to offer. In fact We strive to get you into jobs, schools, Weather it be University's, or busing you out of your area into a better neighborhood to go to a better school.
I dint know where you are from, but what it sounds like to me is that you need to change your surroundings by moving to a more respectable place where you will be respected.
On the other hand I could ask you the same question. Here where I live and a "black" person is denied something because of their lack of knowledge 'of that one particular thing' why do the blacks play the race card? Why do they say "^This is because I am black' Isn't it?

No...I work with all white people on my job and in my life. I wouldn't say all white people are devils. However, there are A LOT, that make it hard for me, (I'm not gonna say us, cause I don't know what everybody else is doing) to go on with my everyday business. I don't bother anyone, don't dredge up the past cause I wasn't there. But, I'm just glad I found a good working environment, where there are white people who actually want to see me succeed. Some of my previous jobs, I really was treated like a criminal and watched and never was given opportunity for advancements that I deserved, as put in my personnel file. I know its hard to imagine. I didn't want to believe it either, cause I believe in giving everybody a chance. But the paper trail doesn't lie.

Speaking for myself being a white female I have many many of black friends. I don't believe that all white people are the devil.. there is good and bad in every single race no matter what race you encounter. I believe that with good comes bad from every single person. I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with one white person that gives you the impression that all whites are bad in some sorta evil demeanor. Its sad that it takes one person to ruin it for a while race, and sadly but truly that is how a lot of stereotypes and racial slurs get thrown around, which in the end only hurts ppl. I am sorry for your encounter.

No... but I've put up a Q about race before and I quickly realized the people using this program don't proportionately represent both races. Not nearly enough African Americans are on here answering these Qs anyway... so all answers are biased. Although I love Yahoo answers, I guess that's all this is though. All we ever do is just pick the answer that we wanted to hear, whether there's a right or wrong answer or not. (We're giving people 10 points for telling us what we wanted to hear... oh well, it makes people happy.... including myself, haha)

No. My best friend happens to be black. Every race has people who thrive on putting other races down. It's not just the whites against the blacks or vice versa. It's the person in general, not the color of their skin!

No, they are not devils. They ignore the fact that race is a color and if they want to put someone down based on the color of their skin than that is a lack of intelligence. I call it IGNORANCE. Ignoring the fact that you are putting someone down because of the color of their skin and not understanding the content of their character, but if the content violates you or is not to a certain level of standard then it is permissible for anybody.
