It is innate in us to hate. It is how we appreciate love. It is how we understand appathy.
We would learn to hate in other ways, as we would learn to love other things if we all looked alike. We would lean more on smell as our first impression. We would find our sense of hearing more accute toward someone's voice. We would be more intent on people's tone of voice and intent.
Look is such a small part of hate. Even prejudiced hate is so much more than look.

Sure. Looks aren't the only things people envy. Most are jealous over skills posessed by other people and their own inabilities. Not to mention the other things that give people power such as personality traits and money. These kind of things can bring out the worst in people.

Of course. Life isn't interesting without adversity. Others just take it too far. Hate isn't really based off of appearance. Ignorance is the mother of hate.

People don't hate because of our physical differences. People hate because they feel. If people didn't feel then they wouldn't hate. But if you took that away from people you'd have the Stratford Wives.

if we all looked the same i feel nothing would change when it comes to hate,as allthough they might all look the same outside,there ideas could still be very vast and different,looks are only part of peoples gelousy

Yes, I believe we would. After all, our families are the closest we can get to people who are most genetically similar and there are many, many families that fight amongst themselves.
