wearing a bra is not something to worry about. When you are ready to buy one, it may be overwhelming to go to a big department store where they have fifty thousand to choose from. go to some place like the Gap Body. all their bras are neatly organized and it's easy to find your size. one of the sales women who work in the dressing room will measure you, over your clothes, you don't have to strip down or anything. since you will still be pretty small, you can probably get by with one of the stretchy, sports bra type bras. their super comfortable and usually have spaghetti straps so you wont have to much trouble hiding the straps. before you know it, wearing a bra will be just like wearing panties, you will barley think about it. good luck! and welcome to womanhood!

Dont worry - a bra is all a part of you. Even if you feel a bit scared and a bit embarassed now (especially if you are the first) you will soon come to appreciate and even utilise your breasts as a part of the power of a woman.

A bra can be uncomfortable at first, but you will soon adjust o wearing it. Dont wear it at night - allow your breasts room to breathe... Make sure that the attendant fits your properly for maximum comfort and health. Do try to get a cotton bra so that you dont sweat too much. Good luck and welcome to the ranks of women!

Why are you scared? It is something every woman must wear. I am fourteen and have been wearing a bra for some time now. It feels uncomfortable at first. (I started with sport bras.)
After 3-6 days it feels normal. Don't worry about it. It is a very natural thing. You will be fine. Good luck! Don't be scared.

Be happy with what you have. You'll have enough problems with your breasts as you grow older. A padded bra is just that, only a padded bra and can be very embarassing when others find out you're wearing one to look bigger. Training bras are nice, and just learn to love your body for what it is. You'll soon be all shaped up, and you can be proud you did it without the crutch of a padded bra.

I remember 1st wearind an underwire bra..it was SOOO uncomfortable..i use to always adjust and wriggle. it was so annoying..i use to like to swap to the bras without underwire bcos it felt more comfortable.
I gradually got use to the feeling and now i dnt think about it. Although wearing a bra with no underwire is still more comfortable.
