You are expected to look gorgeous, thin, and perfect.
You have to epilate (ouch!).
You get your period once a month.
You go through menopause.
You have to go to the gynecologist.
You may get a bunch of different gynecological problems, such as endometriosis, fibroids, etc.
People may expect you to take care of the kids and house more than your husband.
YOU have to give birth, each and every time you want a baby.
Finally, men tend to make fun of all these issues on TV, in the movies, and everywhere!

I echo all sentiments expressed by veronicagzm.
Aside from that having to put up with society' standards, sexual harassment from perverts at the workplace/ school, treated with double-standards set by people (men) who think we're inferior.
Having said that, women' roles have changed for the better.
A good example would be look at roles offered on television and film.
Women' roles have changed in the workplace, home, sports and even politics.
Condoleeza Rice is holding a top notch role in the Bush Administration, that's a rather big deal.
Until then the equality for womens rights will be a long and slow process.

there are no disadvantages nor limitations other than self-imposed.
Equal opportunities are not perhaps global, but it is getting better. and, you can make your own children if you choose to, you are the only real decision maker in the question - that is extremely valuable!!! you don't have to rely on someone else doing the job for you, then allowing only partial decision in the matter.
Its good to be a woman, :)

I don't think women and men have equal rights AT THIS MOMENT...and, the worst part of all, WOMEN think that men are more important, that men are allowed to chea from time to time, to smoke, to drink...I hate the idea: "The MAN is the BOSS of the family"...I like my family, we are just friends that help each other...if we want to work, the boss "looks" at us, he even suggest us a night over...or simple A DINNER...

I would say the problems caused by hormones (PMS, period, menopause, etc.). Other than that, it's wonderful to be a woman!
