You are conflicting yourself, you wrote:
"how can i ask a girl out if i only see the girl once a week in church?
i always see these 2 girls in church every sunday and i wan to try to ask them out"
First you say "a" girl and "the" girl (singular)
Them you say "2" girls and "them" (plural)
Make up your mind. Is it one or two?
If you try to date both, it may be trouble. They may talk to each other. You do realize that they both go to the same church?
If you play with fire you may get burned!

Just gather your courage and ask after church is over, in the parking lot or in the back of church, wherever does not matter. Don't ask them in front of each other, that would be a big mistake.

I suggest the following:
1. Get to know them, first, as church-goers. Ask them about their faith; tell them about yours. Find the common ground.
2. If you determine that church-going is important and actually plays an important role in each of their lives, build an initial friendship, based upon church activities, eg. choir practices, pot-luck meals and other church functions.
3. Before proposing a date, you probably have opportunity to learn important things about each of them.
4. After getting to know these two girls, select ONE and suggest that the two of you get to know about other aspects of your respective lives.
