Yes. They let a child molester out because he was dying. Dr. Death shouldn't have been in prison in the first place. People should have the right to chose when they die.

Not only no But hell no. That man is a murderer I don't care how he did it or what he called it, he is still responsible for who knows how many people death. Now to clarify my reasoning, no one has the right to commits suicide for they did not give birth to themselves and therefore they do-not have the right to end something that does not nor ever will belong to them. Dr. Kevorkian, stop being a doctor when he decided to break every rules in the book including the oaths that no one forced him to take. When he did that he became a murderer and his medical license was revoked and when he helped someone die his status as an murderer was well founded. And now he is sick I say so what, and how many sick people did he kill. his staying in jail and dying there is called justice and not a miss-carriages of justice.

Boy, that killroymaster and his answer. did you read all of it or get fed up with it half way through? Guess he really got into this question eh? hehehe My opinion is that he should change his nick to kill-joy........another hehehe And Dr. K would be kill-joys best buddy if he was suffering and wanted to end his own life. Pain has a way of changing peoples minds. Too bad he wont check back and read what all I had to say. I think Dr. K did a good thing for people, and probably shouldnt have had to go to jail to begin with so yeah, he should be let out early.

No, he snubbed his nose at the law for years!!
It is a little Ironic though. MD's kill patients with terminal illnes everyday, or lets say, speed along thir deaths.
How they do it is with large doses of morphine, which depresses breathing!

He should have never been there. If you have ever watched anyone truly suffer you would understand. I never thought I could wish for death for anyone until I saw someone suffering and knew there was nothing else to do.

Yes he can't hurt anybody that's healthy. Personally I feel he only put people out of their misery. Some people kill just for sport....atleast he had reason. So I don't consider him a threat.

yes--without question. King Gearge has more deaths on his hands than Kovorkian. difference is, Kovorkians deaths were for people who chose to die.

Yes %100 He did nothing that Doctors aren't doing every day! (Morphine) He was merciful, and only did what his patients, and their families wanted and needed so badly.
