I mean we could be in a lab of a scientist and be in a tube asleep like a test subject being injected with all these fake memories and thoughts.Have you ever thought about it being that way?Is everything what we think it is or is it completely different?I'm not sure of anything anymore,I mean it's weird to think about.

You sound like your having an out-of-body experience. I get this sometimes where I get a fog or forget my being for a few seconds. I even forget where I am (not like amnesia). It's like losing your conscious to become unconscious only you are awake.
If we were living in a dream, then it must have many, many layers because I am still stuck at level 1 (although I slip in level 2 in dreams and when drunk or something).
What makes or guides our actions though? We do have willpower and you can snap out of it when you want. Have you ever tried lucid dreaming, where you can control what you say and do in dreams instead of letting things go? I have and it makes me think that there is willpower in everyone outside of a guiding force.

Even if I am a science project, it's all I know and it's real to me. I think the fact that there are some aspects of life we can explain and some we can't is proof that there is a God and that this world is real enough.
