Especially the more modern books - as in, written in the last 10 or so years, as opposed to the last 200 years?

Its difficult to find recent content as many people still have their copyright on the material and so wish to get money from their work.

To really download "free" books, they have to have been placed in the public domain. This is why you find old works so readily available.

For downloading "other" types of more "current" types of books, you would probably be best served with a program like LimeWire.

you have to use certan peer to peer software.

I recommend Kazar Lite.

Then its just a matter of searching for e-books
