Oh man, Halle Berry is horrible. I swear if they filmed her actually holding the cue cards and reading them on camera she couldn't get any worse.

Neither actress is even in the top 50 of the best actresses ever, however, between the two I'll take Angela Bassett.

Halle Berry,if you are among the analytical elite you will agree,is actually not that good of an actress.She simply gets into the mood of acting,but doesn't execute any performances within the emotional reality of individual characters.Also,she is only half-black.It is so racist and so rude for everyone to undermine the fact that she is also white.The appropriate answer for your African American winner is easily Angela Bassett.
