Here is the thing, your webpage exists inside you; the great stuff on it comes from you. Well, you can find 'you' on the internet you know in the things that you feel express your feelings and who you are. Traffic you can help by inviting friends. You can look into your lists hmm did I say YOUR lists. The things that you like make lists of them and then you can find other people who like the same things and invite them to your web page. Still, it all comes from you.
Maybe I misunderstood the question; looking at the other answers I thought that you were talking about a personal web page. I want to take my answer back.

what kind of great stuff do you want to add? i have setup quite a few sites and know a little about it. contact me with more info and i'll do what i can to help.
as far as getting more traffic, you need to get links out. find blogs, forums or sites close in content to what you have on your site and either start posting there or ask for a link exchange. that's the cheapest way. you can also try http://www.adbrite.com/ usually you can find some really cheap ads there. just remember quality of traffic is more important then quantity, unless you have a google ad site. lol

it is very simple .
just have an account on free web space providers as , geocities.com tripod.com or googlepages.com & upload all files on internet.
