I have just started getting horrible migraines and my doctor has prescribed a medicine that works for a while but they keep coming back. It has been constant for 5 days now. I can't even sleep it off. Could there be something else going on I should mention to the doctor? I am also having a lot of pain in my neck and back, is that from the headache?

I started going to a good chiropractor and don't have migraines anymore. I was on meds b4 that and didn't see any relief from them, like you. Could be that you strained your back somehow and it needs an adjustment. Get recommendations from friends/family re:good chiro first, just like you would an MD.
