The art of teaching is simply~pedagogy. Thus, pedagogy is the art of teaching. You can interchange the the pedagogy definitions for teaching as an art.
Effectiveness, active learning, love of teaching, awareness of the needs of the students, knowledge (distinctive bodies of knowledge) and overall use correct teaching strategies.

Teaching is an art of discernment. The teacher must discern the needs of each student each day, where they are in terms of their understanding of the material, and what strategies to use to communicate the concepts so that the students can understand and apply it.

You've gotta know something but that is only the first step; you also have to be able to communicate what you know to others.

??? you meen teatching art and the diffrent ways of doing so? there are meny forms and meny ways of interpriting them, diffrent people teatch diffrently. I personaly dont think there sould be diffrent types of art forms. Art is art, shareing the creative genius of one person to another. Wether it be paint, scetch, sculpture, all of it is beatuty, even if it dipicts war and dispair it is at because someone has shown you a peice of there canvace that is there soul.
