i need to pay these by wed. i allready had a garage sale this weekend and only made enough to cover some of my water bill. but that IS NOT ENOUGH.

With such short notice, I would recommend borrowing from a relative or good friend with the promise of paying them back within a month or so. And then, I would recommend that you take up tempory work with a temp agency. Temp agencies usually pay on a weekly basis. Good luck!
