Most email providers have an options page where you can change your password. I know yahoo does.

click on " forgot your password " ,then enter your newpassword twice in the respective places ...there you are,you have got your new password.

think you go to my account/password, depends who ya email acct. is w/, and it will ask for your old p.word, then ya new one, and finally, for you to confirm ya new p.word;hope this helps!
