with the simpsons pulling that 16th season of current events and family guy getting a couple more seasons on the air, i have to go with family guy. its tough to compare them though, its easier to say the simpsons versus futurama, or say family guy versus american dad. the history of the simpsons and I make this decision difficult also, i was a little boy and saw the first episode when it aired.
it cant be a secret the success of the simpsons influenced mcfarland, if in fact it was not the reason why family guy was created. all in all, however, mcfarland took the successful points of the simpsons, created a smaller and more diverse core of characters, added cut scenes, and made quality, funny programming.

Early 1990's simpsons was much better than Family guy. But now Family guy is number one

I like Family Guy I think the Simpson's is getting old, they need to age the kids a bit, and give Maggie an actual role.

Definitely Family Guy - I just love how crazy they've made the baby Stewie - he's manic without just being a rotten kid like Bart. The father on Family Guy is misguided, obviously, but you know he's a product of his society and environment. Homer Simpson is stupid and vile just to BE stupid and vile. That makes Family Guy a much more enjoyable show for me.

i replaced right into a huge Simpsons fan, then i got here across relations guy... now I couldnt make my thoughts up! i ought to observe both all day lengthy, even repetes! I gues it relies upon who i'm gazing it with.. if my nephew's right here then its The Simpsons, effective reliable sparkling(ish) relations exciting! If its merely me n my important different i'd watch relations guy.
